Hello! Returns Policy

If you decide HELLO! magazine is not for you, simply cancel at any time before you've received your 12th issue. Simply phone our customer service department on 0844 848 6400 or email hello@subscription.co.uk for all returns, cancellations and refunds.

Payment
Please note that all subscriptions order payments are taken in one lump sum by either credit or debit card and charges are as follows:

*Trial subscription - 12 issues for £12
Annual subscription - 51 issues for £74
6 Month subscription - 26 issues for £45

*After your trial has ended you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of HELLO! magazine for the price of £21 every 12 subsequent issues (instead of £24, minimum term 12 months, DD only).
